Insert Photos Into E-mail

I use this tip all the time. This works if you want to e-mail pictures to your friends and you want them to do absolutely nothing to view them. It's a little more work for you and no work for them. Here is how to do it.

  1. Open Outlook and type your message.
  2. On the Insert menu, click Picture, and then click From File.
  3. Browse to the folder in which your pictures are located.
  4. Select the Thumbnails view for the folder so you can see your pictures.
  5. Double-click the picture.

It will then appear below your text in your e-mail message. You will see exactly what it will look like when your friend receives it. You can add as many pictures as you want, they will just be added below your first picture and you will see every picture. When your friend opens your email message, all the pictures will be automatically displayed on the screen. No attachment to open. Great way to send pictures to your mother. Then you will have to explain to her how she can print them, I leave this up to you. If you want to, you can add text after inserting each picture and just keep going adding a new picture.
